Includes everything in Premium, plus:

Supervision on pool and garden services is included within the management structure.

Elevated Service for Expat and Higher Segment Rentals
Premium is developed for properties where tenant expectations are higher and proactive management is required.
Includes everything in Essential, plus:
• Utilities coordination
• Extended inspections
• Intensified tenant communication
• Inventory control and monitoring
• Faster response structure
Operational services such as housekeeping, maintenance, pool and garden remain separately calculated.

Expat rentals, executive properties, higher value apartments.

Essential Management 8%
Designed for stable, long term tenants
Essential is ideal for properties with reliable tenants and limited service intensity.
Included in 8% management:
• Rent administration and collection
• Contract management and archiving
• Monthly reporting
• Direct tenant communication
• Administrative check in and check out coordination
• Maintenance coordination and supplier planning
Not included in the 8%:
Physical services such as cleaning, maintenance labor, pool care, garden care or on site presence. These are charged separately.
